This Privacy Policy explains how Common Thread London, a trading name of HE4L LTD (Company No. 16250783) (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your personal data when you visit or place an order with us. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number and order details. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems.

Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the business, and your consent for marketing.
Sharing your information
