Return & refund policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Common Thread London. If something isn’t right, you can return it under the terms below.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached.

How to return

Email support@commonthreadlondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, and we will send you instructions. Return postage is arranged by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the goods to your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days and we will cover the cost of return and send a replacement or full refund.
